We concentrate to encourage the excellence of our working people who hand elaborate olives; harvesting processing pitting stuffing and packing is part of an integrated process of our company. The mature peruvian olive with natural fermentation is qualified worldwide as an excellent quality olive due to its extraordinary taste great size good texture and uniform purple color. All products we processing are 100% natural we pack in drums with 15 or 50 net or kgr. Our main new plants are in tacna or Peru. We have: kosher Green olives-black natural olives (kalamata style) Black mulata-stuffed olive-pitted black olive ============ Fillet Line: Our capacity of production is 3 000 KG of Anchovy Fillet per day with our expert staff working in a specially conditioned room for this hand-made craft. Since two years now our fillet is presented rolled in special cloths in brine or oil (vegetable or sunflower) also in portions (pandereta bauletto octavillo etc. ) packed in special high barrier bags. As from August 2005 we are in condition to manufacture anchovy fillets as finished product: in glass jars (of a variety of sizes) in octavillo easy open cans (RR-50) in bauletto rectangular cans (RR-630 etc) in institutional cans (RO-1000 etc) or in the presentation the client requests. Canned Goods Line: With the best anchovy caught we also produce Imitation Sardines in several presentations: in vegetable oil tomato sauce spicy tomato etc.
